Passenger and/or booker should review all of the above information for accuracy and contact our office immediately if any changes are needed. Passenger may request a copy of all terms and conditions which may not be contained below.

Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation within the following windows:

• Sedan and SUV: Within 2 hours of scheduled pickup time.
• Vans: Within 4 hours of scheduled pickup time.
• Stretch Limousines: Within 24 hours of scheduled pickup time.
• Minibuses: Within 24 hours of scheduled pickup time.
• Motorcoaches: Within 48 hours of scheduled pickup time.

INTERNATIONAL RESERVATIONS (OUTSIDE OF USA):

• Sedan / SUV: Within 24 hours of scheduled pickup time.
• Vans (V Class / Sprinters): Within 48 hours of scheduled pickup time.
• ALL BUSES: 14 DAYS of scheduled pickup time

Waiting Time Policy:
For all non-airport or train station pickups, waiting time will be charged after an initial 15-minute grace period.

TRIP CONFIRMATION

For all domestic airline and train station arrivals, waiting time will be charged after an initial 30-minute grace period.

For all international airline arrivals, waiting time will be charged after an initial 60-minute grace period.

This is not a receipt but an estimate of charges for the proposed trip. The passenger will be responsible for payment of the final charges which may be higher or lower than the amount estimated above. (Additional fees such as tolls, wait time, parking, and taxes are not always calculated until the trip is complete.)
